What is the refund policy?

We have a 1 year warranty with all our drink bottles. If a defect is to occur within a year, a new product will be delivered to you.

What happens if my charging cable breaks?

If the charging cable provided to you breaks, you can use any other USB-C cable as a replacement.

How long will it take to receive my product?

We aim to ship out every order in 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Can I get dirty water from anywhere and be able to drink it after it has been sterilized?

Our product acts to sterilize and kill 99% of bacteria and viruses present in the bottle . However, our product is not a filter and can not remove dirt or other substances from the liquid that is within the drink bottle.
